This chicken is served in 1 large piece. Somehow, it taste nicer when I bite it off as a whole piece rather than eating it cut up into smaller piece. Because it comes in a large piece, the juice in it is retained. It is juicy when I bite it in and I can feel the juice oozing out. The only downside is that since it comes in a big piece, there are bones in it.
